The facility management system that Sector Seven will be implementing is a premium PLANNED PREVENTATIVE MAINTENACE (PPM), which aims at reaching optimal performance of all our client`s assets and systems. Said assets will undergo timely maintenance schedules, PPM works will be carried in accordance with the Operations and Maintenance Manuals, which include methods to maintain the lifetime of the facility equipment, and improve its reliability.
